The park is open from sunrise to sunset, and there is no charge to enter. This is a great place to come for a walk, have a picnic, or just relax in the Florida sun. I highly recommend it! Bill Frederick Park is also a great place to take your dog for a walk. There are plenty of trash cans and water fountains, and the staff is always around to make sure everything is clean.
